We work strategically with Human Resources personnel, in-house legal counsel and outside counsel in an effort to quickly make accurate factual determinations in employment investigations. We are sensitive to the economic impact of investigations and strive to be cost-efficient.  Our lengthy experience  with litigation allows us to strategically advise our clients on next steps.
